to 12 months. Meanwhile you receive immediate cash from your
Buyer's down payment and monthly cash flow that does not reduce your principal
amount. You can even elect to cash out up front through a simple refinance
that we can provide, and your Buyer's monthly payments offset the monthly
cost.
