The reason that homes are not selling now is that everyone is chasing that same very limited number of Conventional Buyer's (Buyer's pre-qualified for conventional financing). They are few and far between, and these Buyer's are generally looking for bargains.

  •  Begin paying you regular monthly payments
  •  While we work him into bank financing.

Our process works every time because:

  •  We qualify the Buyer for our program
  •  The buyer builds a good payment history in the property he is buying
  •  He enters into our credit cleaning program if needed
  •  And then the buyers bank financing is a refinance, not new purchase financing.

This financing process takes from 4 to 12 months. Meanwhile you  receive immediate cash from your Buyer's down payment and monthly cash flow that does not reduce your principal amount. You can even elect to cash out up front through a simple refinance that we can provide, and your Buyer's monthly payments offset the monthly cost.
